Initially I hired Kingpin Renovations to redo our deck and build a roof with screen room. The screen room is definitely the room to go to. Since that project we have asked Stephen to come back and replace all of our windows, paint the kitchen cabinets, and install granite countertops. Stephen has great suggestions and locates leads on materials. We are very happy with his work. He will offer alternatives for projects that can be done for a lessor price like the shed.
